Question: My penis is not raising during my intercourse. I am only 22. I tried to have sex with my girlfriend but could not get hard. Instead, I get a sharp pain in my testes after foreplay. I am very frustrated and worried. Please help me with this.

Answers:

Mr. Know: Take a deep breath, count to 10 and call your doctor. I think this is a physical issue.  Tell us if you're okay,

Ms. Mystery: This sounds like a physical problem only your doctor can help. There are many things that can cause the pain you describe. It could be caused by a sexually transmitted disease. Have you had unprotected sex lately?  Pain in your testicles during sex or urination means you probably have an inflammation in your testes, urethra, epididymis, or prostate. It's most likely some sort of bacteria that you contacted through unsafe sex or bad hygiene. This can easily be treated with antibiotics. Visit your doctor immediately so you can get treated and stop worrying.
