Question: Should I dump my girlfriend? I just found out she dances with other guys when she goes with her friends to the club. She also drinks and smokes weed. I don't understand her dancing with other guys. I confronted her about it and called her a slut. She cried, but I don't care because she wasn't being true to me. Her last boyfriend cheated on her so she knows what it's like to be dating someone who isn't committed. I'm a 21 year old guy, and I just feel used. What should I do?

Ms. Mystery: You need to realize that your girl is an adult and free to make her own choices. I'm guessing she's around your age. It's normal for her to want to go out with her friends and have fun with you or without you. What is wrong with dancing? As long as she isn't kissing them or anything else. It's harmless. She is an adult and if you try to control her you will
only lose her. It sounds like the real problem is that you don't trust her. Do you have any reason not to trust her? If so you need to discuss this with her. Perhaps you don't trust her because you can't trust yourself. She is not a slut, just because she danced with other guys. She just likes to dance. Simple.
Ms. Mystery: You should not have called her a slut, unless she really is. You're not clear about how she dances with other guys. If she's grinding with other guys, that's unacceptable. If she's doing drugs, I'd cut her loose. I don't believe in drugs, I've never done drugs. It's not good for you period. If someone else does drugs, that's up to them, but I don't want my girlfriend doing them. I assume you don't either. My recommendation is that you cut her loose.
